Toyota brand is set to debut in the European e-bus market. Zero-emission buses manufactured by CaetanoBus in Portugal will indeed be co-branded with Toyota, the two companies outline today in a press note. CaetanoBus and Toyota strengthened their strategic alliance in December 2020, when a strategic alliance was announced between Toyota Europe, CaetanoBus and Finlogin an effort dedicated to the development.

CaetanoBus and Toyota strengthened their strategic alliance in December 2020, when a strategic alliance was announced between Toyota Europe, CaetanoBus and Finlogin an effort dedicated to the development and production of fuel buses in Europe. CaetanoBus is the first bus company in Europe to use Toyota’s leading fuel cell technology. In December 2020, Toyota Caetano Portugal (TCAP) became the direct shareholder of CaetanoBus.
